Happy 4th everyone!
Gonna have a traditional dinner of burgers, corn on the cob, and salad and then watch the city fireworks with the love of my life.
The plan for today:
1) eat breakfast: 1/2 naked juice protein zone + greek yogurt + coconut water 2) get ready and pack for the lake + go to the lake and spend time with J and family 3) eat lunch: protein drink + v8 4) read + head home + nap with j 5) go on run as described in previous post + shower 6) dinner: tba 7) bike ride with j + pack up for tomorrow morning + play video games until I pass out 8) go to sleep
Past two days have been “fat” days. I just can’t seem to find my self esteem lately. Going on a easy run tomorrow, that’ll help me feel better I think.
5 min. Cardio warm up 5 min walk to warm up [5 min easy run, 1 min walk] x4 5 min cool down walk 10 min stretching
Busy day tomorrow… happy 4th!
Well… I’m having a marathon sometime soon.
Breakfast: biscuit + sausage gravy Lunch: protein drink + v8 + soup by hand Snack: 1 lemons sugar cookie
Dinner: haven’t had yet but: the family is having steak [gross] so I guess i m just gonna have a salad and maybe a hot dog. I don’t know. I don’t really like hot dogs either but its better than steak. If I don’t have the hot dog I’ll just have the salad with 1/2 a bottle of Naked Protein Zone.
I’m not counting calories because its too much of a pain in the ass on this damn phone in the middle of nowhere. I’m still surprised I have a signal strong enough for mobile internet. I was able to bodyrock yesterday in the fucking high desert. I love technology.
