That’s if I exercise like I have been. I took the last week off to heal up my pulled muscle and I was starting to get pain in my shins so I thought it’d be best to let my body recover before I go full force again. Getting my gym membership on Thursday, and I’m really excited. I’ll probably be going mostly with my roommate (for cardio) and my good friend Meghan (for lifting). My roommate doesn’t lift, and my friend doesn’t do full-out cardio, haha so that’s how it’ll work. Of course I’ll go alone when needed, but until I get the hang of the lifting machines and equipment I’m going to go with my friend. Really excited! Gonna try to hit the gym 3-4x a week, and still do my Bodyrock, Blogilates and CrossFit too [still new to CrossFit but Meghan does it so I figure she can help me out].
