Earlier when I was accompanying J to the courthouse I had a chocolate donut and a double tall vanilla with whip latte from Starbucks. Not the healthiest but it was damn early, and I hadn’t treated myself in a while. Now it’s like 6 hours later so I’m having a heavy snack for post-workout/before work. Oatmeal w/ dates, walnuts made with vanilla soy milk. +200 cal

Just got home from work… had to hustle when I got up because I slept in. Did some stretching, and hopped in the shower and got ready for work. Nothing exciting. Still taking it easy, my shins are killing me.
