Back Injury Update
After 3 weeks of 2x/week physical therapy I’m happy to report I’m down to once a week and I have the okay to workout. That being said I can’t be crazy intense nor can I do any twisting. The One Ingredient Challenge
The challenge is basically to eat foods that are just one ingredient (no additives, sugars, etc).
I’m going to be trying this out from tomorrow (Thursday) through next Wednesday. Anyone else up for the challenge?

October Goals
